Polish small UI gaps across graph, compliance, EHS and feedback

Fixed a missing tap-target hitbox on the feedback attachment remove button, un-shrunk long names in the graph search/panel, added hover feedback to the expiry-edit buttons, matched tooltip text on EHS compound rows to its sibling page, and kept long Flux bell item names from overflowing.
