6 small UI improvements: busy labels on save/remove buttons, long chemical names on hover

Several save, generate, and remove buttons across admin, settings, and token pages now say what they're doing while busy, matching buttons elsewhere. A long chemical name in the SDS gap list shows its full text on hover/long-press.
