Chat shows equipment tiles and finds instruments; clearer scan switch

The chat now finds equipment even when it adds filters nobody asked for, and shows a tile for each instrument it names that opens its page. The scan page has a Chemical/Equipment switch with both options in view and a short message when you change, and an instrument's maintenance plan form stays hidden until you press Create maintenance plan. The graph switch now shares the search row.
