Add pictures to equipment; equipment table matches the bottle table

You can add one or several pictures to an instrument that already exists, and its whole photo set is read again right after. The equipment table now has a photo you can open, keeps the select box, photo and name fixed while you scroll sideways, and uses the same header and striped rows as the bottle table.
