A getting-started guide on an empty inventory

While your inventory is empty, every inventory page now walks you from signing in on your phone to your first scan, with a moving picture for each step and buttons straight to Locations and Scan. It goes away when your first bottle is in, and that bottle shows up on your laptop without a reload.
