A fuller tutorial, and gas cylinders that read themselves

The walkthrough now shows how to take a bottle out of the inventory, and you can swipe between its steps. A gas cylinder gets the compressed-gas hazard symbol on its own, so the safety report can check it against its cabinet, and an order date printed on a Linde tag is no longer read as an expiry date.
