A tab bar at the bottom, on phones

Scan, Inventory, Locations and Waste now sit in a fixed bar across the bottom of the screen on a phone, each with its icon above its name, where your thumb already is. The bars no longer slide when you drag them - only the content between them scrolls - and the tabs clear the iPhone's home indicator. Nothing changes on a laptop. If a browser won't give Lot the camera, the scan screen now says so and offers the photo picker instead of failing silently.
