Tracked compound pages, plus small fixes

Tapping a compound class on the EHS page now opens a page for it: what the class is, how the list was made, and every matching bottle, each linking to its edit screen. Settings no longer slides sideways on a phone. Chemical family suggestions in the search box now show above individual chemicals. Chemical names on dark mode chemical cards are easier to read. On a laptop, a second scrollbar that used to move the whole page, header and bottom bar included, is gone - only the inner one, for the page content, is left.
