Ask before a CAS number change moves more than one bottle

Chemicals sometimes share a CAS number because two different label spellings got grouped together by mistake, not because they're the same compound. Saving a CAS number now asks first when it would also change other bottles: apply it to all of them, or split this one off with its own chemical entry and its own CAS number.
