Fix the search-carrying links themselves

The previous release's fix only flushed the search box's own URL, not the link a chemical card or search suggestion actually navigates to - so the chemical page's back link still had nothing to restore. Fixed at the real source: every link to a chemical page, and the Removed/Archive cross-links, now carry the live search text directly.
