Settings and Account show their controls again

Settings and Account were cut off: each section showed its title and description, then the switch, dropdown or button under it was sliced in half by the bottom of the box, and the page would not scroll to reach the rest. Both pages now grow to fit everything on them and scroll normally, on the phone and on a laptop.
