Zoom on the scan page now works on iPhone

Zoom changed the number on the button but never zoomed the camera on iPhone, and the first tap after opening the app showed "NaNx". Both are fixed. Zooming by hand is now a one-finger slide up and down instead of a pinch, the number updates as you slide, and the tour has a new slide showing both ways to do it.
