Show how each bottle's data was extracted

Every bottle now has an Extraction tab that shows each step the scan went through - reading the label, matching a brand, classifying the chemical, looking up a hazard baseline - and whether each one succeeded, was skipped, or came up empty. Open it from any capture or from a bottle's own edit screen.
