New export: MIT Annual Reporting Worksheet

A new export, the MIT Annual Reporting Worksheet, reports your holdings against MIT's fixed list of extremely-hazardous substances by CAS number. Your department, PI, and current rooms are filled in automatically - private inventories are counted toward totals but never listed as a room. The raw CSV export now has a Substance column, and the Full Chemical Inventory Report's Comment column notes it too when it says more than the Name column already does.
