Gas cylinder sizes now say how much gas is inside

A cylinder's size used to be the water capacity of the steel bottle. That is not what anyone means by the size of a gas cylinder. It now comes from the supplier's own catalogue: a T of ultra zero air reads 310 ft3, not 49 L. Covers 100 gases across Linde, Praxair and Airgas.
