Fix gas-cylinder hazard fallback that silently never ran

A field rename broke the PubChem hazard lead for undocumented gas-cylinder mixtures without failing loudly - it's been quietly returning nothing since. It now reads a label's CAS numbers correctly again and offers hazard suggestions as intended.
