Fix pinch-to-zoom not working on iPhone/iPad camera capture

Pinch-to-zoom while scanning a label now works on every device, including iPhone and iPad, which never supported the camera's hardware zoom - it falls back to a cropped digital zoom there instead of doing nothing.
