Fix gas cylinder size overrides for CO2 and unbranded Linde labels

A cylinder's resolved style code no longer overwrites a real printed weight (CO2 cylinders are labeled by net gas weight, not water capacity). A Linde-shaped catalog number on a gas cylinder now resolves a size even when the label's brand wasn't read.
